CPF is central provident fund? U r not Singaporean is it? Becuz if u r, u shd know. GST is government service tax. So the government is giving back to Singaporeans different amounts of money to lighten our load becuz our GST increased to 7% last year.
So far Singapore government has always been allocating "shares" to us when there is surplus in their funds.

anonymous, the amt is dependant also on other criteria like the type of house u stay in. I think u shd b able to see all the criterias on the CPF website?
