I got it!

I finally sealed the deal.

I recently just made a purchase for a HUGE-ticket size item.

And its the exact one I wanted! Gosh, overjoyed!

Looking forward to 2014!

    Yup, its a Condo Studio Apartment. :) Everything has been settled, now just have to wait for it to TOP.
