Gym Personal Training

My personal training efforts have paid off. After 3 months of hard work, I have lost 3.5 inches off my waist, and also 5Kg off my weight. Not too bad, considering I only train with my personal trainer twice a week.

Now, I am finally convinced that exercise and a good diet, is the fastest way to lose weight!

The money is well spent!
