Many artistes were invited to perform at the F1 in Singapore. While many of the international acts stayed at the same 5 star hotel, the suites there were apparently not "good" enough for Beyonce, who "requested" for the oh-so-expensive Raffles Hotel instead.

Being a diva she is, her demands did not just stop at lodging. A mini private gym, slimming shakes for herself, and free flow champagne and vodka for her entourage were just SOME of her other demands.

A not-so-pretty B-minus-C-List actress, comedienne, host, shopping diva, was SEEN and HEARD creating a scene in a gay party yesterday 21 June 2009.

It was heard that this slim celebrity accused a tall, handsome, 30-something, established GAY yuppy of molesting her on her private part just outside the premises of the gay club. It was apparent this dude accidentally tripped and fell and unknowingly "touched" her, and promptly apologized for his SINFUL doing. Sinful not because he touched her, but sinful because his hands were dirtied touching this comedienne, famous for uglifying herself (don't need much effort though) in Jack Neo's Variety Programs in the late 90s.

After the dude apologized to her, she insisted it was deliberate, and the bouncers had to step in to try to calm her down.

Now it is pretty (ugly) obvious who this celebrity is, because she is also famous for hanging around in gay bars, every weekend.

I used to be very neutral about her, but I guess after this incident, she would probably go into my "hatelist" now, together with a certain "Growing Up" C-list actor who also made headlines yesterday (21 June 2009) in Lianhe Wanbao, claiming to be a philantrophist, when he is just a philanderer!

These 2 actors are currently 2 of the hottest young studs in that hill, and apparently the shocking part is they were pretty normal before they got into showbiz. Its also rumoured that Net almost got the exact same deal as the other thirty-something hotbod actor (826) who got to star in many movie roles all thanks to a certain Managing Director of a certain "Film Company" closely related to Media**** (Rainforest).

Apparently, 826 sleeps (it is 'sleep' and not 'slept', because its still going on) with the head honcho of Rainforest to get the exclusive deal of starring in almost every other movie, sponsored or distributed by Rainforest.

Apparently these celebs called him the next day and gave him a piece of their minds because he was so unethical to reveal their confidential identities to the tabloids. Its also known that this plastic surgeon's boyfriend is a B-list actor well known for his hot bod and found fame when he won Manhunt many years back. Oh, did I mention that this actor is supporting actor in a Channel U drama where this plastic surgeon is consultant to.

Head of Ren Ci Hospital arrested

While I am still recovering from the NKF saga few years back, yet another shocking news about a charity head mis-appropriating funds surfaced today. I seriously think I am not going to donate a single cent, the next time I see charity acts on tv again.

So much for that tear-jerking "acts" by HIM every year!

Worst part is, tax exemption will not be granted for people who donated to Ren Ci!!!

THE long-time head of Ren Ci Hospital, the Venerable Ming Yi, was arrested yesterday and stepped down from all his positions at the charity, according to a report by The Straits Time.

He posted police bail of $200,000 last night and left the Commercial Affairs Department at the Police Cantonment Complex at about 11pm after giving his statement. He was wearing his monk robes.

The Straits Times said that the arrest comes five months after he went on long leave when the police were asked to probe the charity's finances.

The Health Ministry found 'possible irregularities' in Ren Ci's books after an audit.

At the heart of the issue were questionable loans made by the hospital, amounting to several million dollars. Some of these loans were allegedly given to companies with links to the Venerable Ming Yi.

There were also loans given to a helper with the charity as well as investments made over the years in his name.

As a result of the probe, Ren Ci lost the right to grant its supporters tax exemption for donations

Ronald Susilo and Kelly Poon dating?

From one sizzling romance to another - Singapore national badminton player Ronald Susilo sure has his way with the ladies.



Susilo, 28, after a much-publicized breakup with Singapore national table-tennis player, Li Jiawei, is now said to be dating 2005 Project Superstar runner-up, Kelly Poon, 24.

Li's former fiancee has been spotted at least twice by local blog readers having dinner with the lanky Kelly - once at the Jumbo Seafood Restaurant in Tanah Merah, and another at a Thai restaurant in Bras Basah.

When Susilo was contacted for information, The Straits Times reported that he rebuffed the rumours, insisting he and Kelly were "just friends", and they just "have dinner together occasionally."

Malaysia's Anwar accused of sodomy

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim was accused Saturday of sodomizing a man, police said, sparking speculation that he might be arrested on the same charge that led to his imprisonment a decade ago.

Anwar, who resurrected his political career after leading the opposition to spectacular gains in the March 8 elections, denied the allegation, calling it a "complete fabrication."

"This is clearly a desperate attempt by the ... regime to arrest the movement of the Malaysian people towards freedom, democracy and justice," the 60-year-old former deputy prime minister said.

Anwar claimed the report was engineered by "interested parties" to prevent him from exposing the national police chief and the attorney general for their alleged role in having him accused of corruption and sodomy in 1998.

Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi insisted the government was not responsible for the accusation, saying there was no conspiracy "to cause (Anwar) trouble or harass him or raise such issues to undermine him."

Abdullah declined to say whether Anwar would be arrested. Asked about Anwar's denial, Abdullah said it "was common for an accused person" to claim he was innocent.

Anwar was ousted from government 10 years ago amid accusations of corruption and sodomy. He was convicted on both charges, but Malaysia's highest court overturned the sodomy conviction and freed him in 2004.

Anwar said in a statement he "recently obtained" evidence implicating Inspector General of Police Musa Hassan and Attorney General Gani Patail of misconduct and fabricating evidence against him. He said he will release the evidence soon.

"I believe we are witnessing a repeat of the methods used against me in 1998 when false allegations were made under duress," he said.

The developments that began to unfold a little before midnight could have an impact on Malaysian politics, which have been thrown into turmoil since the March 8 elections in which the governing National Front coalition returned its worst ever result.

The Front lost its traditional two-thirds parliamentary majority, returning to power with only a simple majority, and ceded control of five of Malaysia's 13 states to Anwar's three-party opposition alliance.

Kuala Lumpur's police chief for criminal investigations, Ku Chin Wah, said a man filed a police complaint late Saturday claiming that Anwar sodomized him. Ku told The Associated Press that the complaint was being investigated.

Ku said police have no immediate plans to arrest Anwar, and declined to identify the accuser. The opposition People's Justice Party said the man was coerced into making the accusation

The man went missing Saturday morning and his whereabouts remain unknown, said Sivarasa Rasiah, a top party official.

Former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad fired Anwar from the Cabinet in 1998 amid accusations that he sodomized his family driver and abused his power to cover up the deed.

Anwar insisted he was victimized by a political conspiracy to prevent him from challenging Mahathir for power.

Anwar did not personally run in the March elections because his corruption conviction barred him from holding political office for five years. The ban ended in April, and Anwar has since indicated he wants to re-enter Parliament through a by-election.

Bird's Nest processed with bleach!

After seeing these pictures, I seriously will not buy cheap and lousy brands of Bird's Nest anymore because they actually use BLEACH to process their Bird's Nest!!!

Soaked in pails of water for small particles to float to the top.


Then they are soaked in bleach.


The bleaching agent becomes cloudy after reacting.



After bleaching, hot boiling water is used to get rid of the smell of bleaching agent.


Parts of the birds' nests which cannot be bleached will be taken out.





Now it's the time to mould them into shapes





After moulding them into shapes, they are dried.





After drying them for one day and one night, the birds' nests are ready.

I took the initiative to inform him 3 TIMES on his blog Cbox that this is unethical, and guess what was done? HE DELETED MY REMARKS!!! All I wanted him to do was to credit me back as this is the standard practice for bloggers.

It is a very shameless thing to copy other's work and not even credit the original blogger, NICH!!!

I am giving him one more day to either credit me back or delete his post, otherwise I'm going to complain to Blogger.com!

Edison Chen leaves Showbiz

Edison has announced yesterday over a press conference in HK that he is leaving the entertainment industry for an indefinite time. This is really sad cuz obviously he is the victim as well in this sex scandal saga.

I feel he should not bother what the netizens say cuz the leak of the photos was unintentional and the only blame should be on the inethical bastards that uploaded the pictures and videos of him in uncompromsing acts onto the internet.

I applaude Edison for his courage to face over 300 reporters in the press conference to apologize for his mis-behaviour. He apologized not only to the public, but also to the family and friends of the female victims involved.

When I watched Edison giving his speech yesterday on Channelnewsasia, I was depressed. How can HK let such a talented chap leave the industry?

Rumours are that he has been advised to pack his bags and head to somewhere with the big H. HOLLYWOOD. Well, since he has had cameo roles in Grundge 2 and the upcoming Batman movie, I am sure he has a certain foothole in Hollywood already.

I wish Edison all the best and I hope he will not do his social or community work too long, but get back on his feet to act and sing again, as I am sure the naysayers are just the minority.

Steven Lim (OMG!)

I am really disgusted with Steven Lim (Xiaxue's greatest enemy).

Before I started watching his videos, my impression of him was that he is a really very courageous person as he always grabs any opportunity to seek attention. He never fails to think he is handsome, as he claims to be "The World's Most Handsome Guy". But all these are still tolerable, as he is just trying to make a name for himself.

There is perfectly nothing wrong to be thick skinned, but he has gone beyond what words could describe. Auditioning for Singapore Idol with his super mini and tight yellow swimming trunks was bad enough, but I know its his way to become famous. Well, he did.

Now people recognises him on the streets, not for the right reasons though, but at least it has earned him some popularity over the years with his crazy entics.

Plucking eyebrows for $10 (Last I heard of, not sure if he has increased his price due to inflation) outside CK Tangs is crazy. Singing songs in his awful voice, recording them and uploading them on Youtube is crazier!

Recently I have been following up on his personal website (Click), and I found some extremely horrendous videos which he has recorded after the saga of Edison and HK actresses. These are his personal views of the incident and I know it was out of good intention that he recorded the video, I guess his idol was Edison Chen, but I would say his video was a great turn-off.

Ever since his post, my impression of him has gone from bad to worst. WHY? Watch these 2 videos and you will know why!!! (His first Edison video has got over 1million views already and 6 honors in YouTube, OMG)

Whats with Sex Tapes?

First it was Xu Meifeng, then it was Tammy, now its that Malaysia's Health Minister, Dr Chua Soi Lek. Don't anyone get sick of these sex tapes? Firstly, the "objects" of the sex tapes are not of the "best quality". Secondly, the visuals are not clear to begin with. Thirdly, why gloat over someone else's misfortune?

After all these, I am starting to doubt the security and integrity of hotels around the world. I mean come on, how did the camera's even get hooked up in the first place?

Ok, if you lose your laptop or mobile phone and your sex video got exposed then its perfectly logical, cuz that is due to your own negligence. But if you book into a hotel, wanting just to have a night of rendezvous with your secret lover, ex-flame or mistress, and you get filmed and next day you become an overnight "star", then I really think you have to ask yourself, is it safer to just do it on your own matrimony bed while your wife is away rather than in a hotel room. Cuz in your own matrimony bed, you are spared the risk of having a pin hole camera capturing you in less-than-flattering Kamasutra positions, which you just picked up from "Dummies for Virgins".

Now Malaysia's Forensic Cops are cordoning off the hotel in Johor just to search for the camera that captured Dr Chua in his embarassing act. Is all these necessary?

I just wonder would this be free publicity for the hotel. Katerina Hotel in Batu Pahat Johor for the record. Would tourist or locals shun this hotel from now on? Or would it bring more people to know that this hotel even existed and thus patronize it from now on? It is a BIG Question Mark!

Revenue or not for the hotel, I really pity Dr Chua cuz as far as I know, he was one of Malaysia's rising stars in polictics.
